These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the KŌDO mobile application and related services. By using KŌDO, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

KŌDO provides analytical tools for US equities, including rankings, watchlists, and exit-monitoring features. KŌDO does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide personalized investment advice.

Subscriptions

KŌDO Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription. Plans include monthly and annual billing options as shown in the app and App Store.

• Free trial: If offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel: Open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or use the in-app subscription management link.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or rely on KŌDO as the sole basis for investment decisions.
